2000 Accent P0301 Misfire
#11
I'm withthe Montreal fella, coils been goofy in the 7yr I been doing Hyundai.
Something you can try is to lift the cable out of the coil, and compare how far the spark will jump to hit end of lead, and sharpness of the snap/color of the spark. Something has got us a number of times is mis-fire that gets plugs and wires, but runs goofy, and it turns out the intake gasket is cracked... material selection bakes and cracks over time.. more of issue with Elantra, and have had 2 Accent 1.6 with #4 mis-fires that had cracked intake gasket... quick spritz of carb spray will be your guide.
As to checking injectors, you can leave injectrs in the rail, and lift the rack out of the head, ans watch them spray as you crank the engine.
Do a compression test, and a leak down test, but I don't think you will find any problems there.
