Hi Denny,
Can you bring us up to date?
What was the original problem?
Jumping to conclusions and replacing parts, especially good parts, can get expensive and disappointing.
From my experience, the problems from malfunctioning sensors is about equal to "poor electrical connections" which increases with age.

I'm not too sure speed sensors are the problem.
Sometimes valves in the trans valve body cause these problems, and so can poor line pressure to apply clutches. If it is happening with different speeds and gears , it may be a pressure regulation problem. It is rare for all clutches to go bad all at once , except if the fluid became contaminated.
