2015 sonata 2.4l p200a,p2017,p2008 code

Default 2015 sonata 2.4l p200a,p2017,p2008 code
Believe it is the vcm motor. Possibly the intake runners. Does anyone know of a bidirectional scanner that can be used to activate the VCM looking for under $200?
