2016 Hyundai Elantra Gt it had 130000 Miles on it

I wrecked back in March and it busted a hole in my radiator fan and ac condensor the radiator support bracket was replaced as well.... the guy who worked on my vehicle to put the new parts on drove it 8miles without the transmission lines hooked up properly throwing it into limp mode and draining the transmission fluid.... from there I replaced the conductor harness and filled it back up with transmission fluid and it pulled it put of limp mode..... but only to find out I no longer have 4th gear i used thr car in manual mode to and from work parked the car a week ago bc my transmission fluid drained completely..... the only code I have is 734 incorrect 4th gear ratio... .. any advice help info is well appreciated
