I just bought a used 99 Accent. It had been shifting lousy so I changed the transmission fluid & filter. It's shifting alot better but sometimes it slips out of 4th back to 3rd gear or doesn't want to shift from third to fourth. Other times it shifts like a new car. Took it to the Auto Parts store to get the OBD II codes read. The results were a :
PO717 Input/Turbine Speed Sensor A Circuit No Signal
PO732 Gear 2 Ratio Incorrect
PO734 Gear 4 Ratio Incorrect
P1624 Manufacturer Contrl Auxiliary Inputs Auxialiary Outputs
PO302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
I replaced the spark plugs and wires due to a hesitation upon acceleration, most of the hesitation is gone now. I'm hoping that corrects the PO302. Could anyone tell me what the PO717 means and could it possibly be causing the PO732 & PO734. Any help on the PO1624 code would be appreciated as well. Thanks
PS -I'm gonna go remove the battery cable for awhile to clear the current codes.
