I have 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe with 66k miles on it. Since I bought this car used, the blower fan starts by itself and when I turn it off, it will start running again! It does not related to motion since it happens at parked position as well. What could be the problem?

 

Sounds like there is a shorted wire somewhere
How to find it??
I don't know what to tell you.
