Lightbulb Bluetooth Retrofit Options for i20 2009

Anyone have any experience in adding bluetooth functionality to a 2009 i20? Recently bought a base-model spec 2009 i20 and sorely missing connectivity to my phone. Best way is via the aux 3.5 jack which crackles when moved. Crucially, this doesn't allow you to skip tracks without disturbing the phone which is responsible for satnav..

I'm not that interested in a flashy headunit as I think I'd be looking at loom compatibility and cradles etc.. if I can get a good solution with minimal effort, that works for me

The i20 headunit seems difficult to remove, i gave it a go but the central dash component wouldn't come out more than about an inch. See photo. Anyone managed this?

There appear to be i20 headunits with bluetooth, like the one i've linked below. the button layout is different and there appears to be facia missing from the bottom section - presumably, the dash is slightly different. Anyone know if this would be compatible?

I understand there is a USB aux equivalent but still doesn't add required functionality:

There are bluetooth receivers with aux out but they seem a little messy with wires all over the place. Like this thing:
