I have a 2016 Genesis coupe. The window should drop slightly as the door opens. It does drop some but it seems to stick and pop as you pull the door open. Both driver and passenger is the same. The deal keeps telling me they will have to talk to the engineer but they never get it done. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what was the solution.

Talk with the dealer.
If they don't get right on it then hint at lemon law
Do something. Don't wait for them to contact you.
