Downloading Alert App to Vehicle - BlueLink
I have all three BlueLink subscriptions, including all the remote options for my 2018 SFS. I go to download the Alert App from the Download Center in the vehicle to access geo-fence and valet options and am told "A subscription to an optional service is required" and to contact dealer or call the BlueLink number. Called the number and rep seemed to be completely unfamiliar with what I was talking about but confirmed I have all the subscriptions active.
When I attempt to access the options in my web account or through the MyHyundai phone app, tells me I have to first download the Alerts app in the vehicle. OK, catch 22 here.
Have latest map and system update installed and latest phone app version.
Any suggestions out there??
