Hello All,

I have a 2006 Sonata. Recently I lost power to a few items that all seem to have different fuses.

Door Locks
Courtesy Lights
Trunk lid opener
Interior LCD clock

I haven't been able to find a schematic to troubleshoot. One strange thing is the door locks and trunk opener work when the engine is running.
I assuming there is a source battery voltage for these circuit when the engine is off.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

finally found the problem. there was a separate fuse for the items not functioning when the engine was off. I found it due to the courtesy lights being off.

 

Interesting. I didn't know there could be separate fuses for when the engine is off. Learned something new today! Might be useful for future reference.
