Hi there, well my hood release lever in lnside of the car is broken and won't release and the lever underneath the hood has play in it. So that it moves up and down freely. Ive tried jacking the car up and reaching the mechanism from there with no luck there is a plastic bar that runs from the top of the radiator to the bottom concealing the mechanism.
