Hello - we have the same issue with our diesel i30 wagon 2012 or 2013 model. You'll be driving along and then lose power with the engine cutting out. It happens so randomly, makes it difficult to pin point a trigger.
Did anyone here find a solution? Our mechanice in the past can not see anything and Hyundai have never been helpful. Bring it in for diagnostics at a charge of $$$$.

Hoping someone here found the cause...
