I am placing this here in the General Forum because it may be applicable to many other Hyundai cars.

After jump starting my battery I lost all sounds from the radio and navigation system. Of course, Bluetooth does not work either. Everything seems to work OK and I can change radio stations, the navigation system work, but no sound. I reset the nav system by pushing the tiny button, but this does not help. I thought when one resets using this button the radio stations memory is cleared but that did not happen. The radio just "reboots" and that is it.

I don't know if this car (2012 Tucson) has an amplifier or not. Was trying to get a manual but can;t find one.

Anyone here with similar experience and how it was corrected? I read here and there that some had problems and it just magically corrected itself. ANy help is appreciated. Thanks

 

I know very little about your setup but have you checked for a blown fuse / fuse link?
