i know that hyundai has a 3 yr warranty on paint. Question is what exactly does it cover. The paint on my hood just started to bubble up. Its happening on the sides of the front of the hood.

 

You'll have to call Hyundai on that. My guess it would be covered.

 

i called on that myself, and its a bit sketchy as to what they cover and what they don't. very unclear. generally is a 'perforation warranty'. meaining if the paint is broken and rust starts or it peels they will cover it. if it appears to be more of a wear and tear thing, they won't. thats where it gets confusing and can often be up to the dealer.
