I have an 03 xg350 base. The radiator fan is not coming on and the car will over heat. It will come on when A/C is on, there is no CEL on, I've replaced the temp sensor and bench tested the relays: 3 condenser relays and 3 radiator relays.
Also not sure if this normal but when A/C is on and fans are running I can pull all the relays and fans continue to run. not sure where to check next.
