So after dropping the bottom cover and talking a look I finally found what was causing the dripping oil mess. but now I can't seem to locate an oil pan for it ... 2.4 liter 2007 sonata can somebody please help ?

This is just an observation, but Hyundai oil pans seem to rot out faster than other makes that I have owned. When I replaced mine, I bought a replacement from Advanced Auto Parts, but that was on a '97 1.8L so that may not help you. It was around $100 if I recall correctly. I would try to buy new if possible.

Go visit your local Hyundai or Kia dealer....

Really simple, just tell them you need this part number.. if they do not have it in stock, likely be a couple day out from region parts depot..

21510-25051 PAN ASSY-ENGINE OIL $68.06

Add a tube of Permatex Ultra RTV in color that makes you happy, some oil, and oil filter..

Now what did I do with that EASY button ??
