Doing some work to my 2012 Tucson 2.4 and I see the manual says the service hole bolt for the timing chain cover (tensioner holder tool hole) is a single use bolt. Is that true and if so WTH would something like an access hole bolt be a single use?

BTW - anyone else out there have a timing chain skip @ 85K miles?
