Default Weird hum from dash in Elantra

Hi all, new member here.
I have a 2017 Elantra, 49K, that has developed this weird humming/vibrating sound from behind the drivers side of the dash. It seems to only happen at certain speeds/frequencies. I can stop it by either pressing the gas pedal a little bit, or taking my foot off the gas altogether. It will happen at various speeds, usually around 40 kph, 60 kph, 80 kph, etc. It doesn't happen if I am not moving and revving the engine. The car has to be moving. It has gotten louder and more frequent with the colder weather. The car drives perfectly fine otherwise, with no other issues. I had my mechanic look at it, and he says it would be a major job to remove the dashboard to see what it is. I still have a bit of factory warranty left (5 year) but I believe that is only for the power train. Any ideas, or is this something I will have to live with?
Thanks,
Paul
