What is this plug?
Hi all. On the i10 2020?
Does anyone know what is this plug under the fuse box?
Also, why is this wire cut?
I'm guessing the plug is something for testing and cut wire is something that is just disabled by local distributor?
Or is this something else? Thanks.

Off the top and without a wiring diagram to refer to, if you choose, you might use a voltmeter to confirm if power and ground are present at those wires at the plug and when.
They could be for an accessory that is not presently on your vehicle..
Something evidently was removed when they cut the wire.
Unless someone has actually worked with that plug, it can be difficult to know for sure.
One way might be to ask a dealership service dept, another way is with a wiring diagram and last but not least would be to check with another "Like" vehicle.
Have you found /determined that anything is not working as it should?

Strange that they just cut it and leave it hanging this way under the wheel.
I mean, the cable was just hanging there, hitting my leg. I had to tuck it and hide it behind the plastic cover.

I would not think it's something for testing, my guess would be for some dealer installed option. I have never seen a car with a factory or dealer cutting a wire, it is unprofessional, and sloppy.
I would go back to the dealer and have them explain it. I have seen some unused connectors in factory setups, and wondered what they were for, before moving on.
Have them show you another car like yours and see if the same wire is cut
