Had a 250km trip with 3 passengers yesterday ,outside air temp was about 40 C, with AC on, after 170km car started to overheat, found the coolant low, and the reservoir was hot, i found water spilled of the overflow tube of the reservoir container. i carefully opened the radiator, added water it accepted 3 liters of water. I googled today about the problem, the drver side fan is working properly, the passenger side fan works (i think at low speed) when the car is cool and the AC is on, then i made a trip of 50km with AC on, no overheating issue but i checked the passenger side fan was not working with AC on and the car is at operating temp, is this a normal behaviour or the fan control is faulty?!!

Have you also checked the water pump and thermostat?
