I'm stumped. The PS belt squeals like crazy the first minute or two when driving cold, then stops & is fine the rest of the day. I've done it all. Replaced pump before I read a bunch of forums. It still squealed. I tightened the belt, it stopped for a few months. Tightened again until ran out of travel. Ordered a belt 1/2" shorter than spec, pulled banjo tight, squeal stopped. Repeated every few months. Belt dressing no help. Now I have plenty of travel but even fully tightened the startup squeal is still there. Plenty of fluid in pump, other belts in great shape and properly tensioned. Ideas?
