Default 2003 bulb replacement

How do you remove the panel so that I can replace burned out bulbs behind the heater/ac controls?
Thanks

The center fascia just pulls off to access the dials.

Didn't think it would be that easy.I had to remove 4 ***** 7 there were two screws at the bottom to remove and then it sort of snapped out but all the wires & cables prevented me from getting it more then 1/2" out. Still can't get at the bulb/s. Any tricks to this that I'm missing?
Thanks

Sorry, I assumed you could see the 2 screws at the bottom and already had them out. You have to disconnect the wires from the panel and the intake control mode, mode control, and air mix control cable.
