Post 2014 Hyundai Accent Squealing Sound

Hi Guys
I own a 2014 Hyundai Accent which has 38k km on it. I bought off the dealer with 0 km on it. Its been with me for 2 years now, about 8 months back I started experiencing a squealing sound as it accelerates at around 3000rpm or even 2000 rpm as soon as the rpm rises above 3000 the sound fades out. Stopping at a red light and taking off I can hear the squealing sound. I use genuine Hyundai oil filter as well as oil recommended in the user guide.

I had spoken to the guys at the dealership but their recommendations are vague and has not resolved the squealing sound.

Any suggestions?

After a few minutes of driving the squealing sound is no longer there, after I explained this to the guys at the dealership they suggested that it could be a normal engine sound. I have had my fuel filter changed at 30k km as per the guide. They have ran full diagnostics and even checked the belt but the issue persists for a brief moment before completely dying out. It usually occurs when the engine is not at optimum temperature.
