accent losing power

accent losing power
hi there
my girlfriend has got a accent on t reg and latley its started with an intermitent fault where the radio sound with go off( radio still lite up ) car will lose power and the heater blower will start going harder and keeps blowing headlights .is there anyone who is able to help me out please
