Default accent rb 2013 diesel the car making shakes in idle

Sometimes when I stand at idle (every 800 km), the engine seems to vibrate more than usual. but RPM is normal and no check engine. i notice that when happened, throttle position in 83.1 not 13.3 as normal.
about 20km after that engine and throttle goes to normal position and no vibrate.
picture below describe throttle position.

If at idle and it should show around 13 and it shows something else, sounds like a malfunctioning throttle position sensor.

If you look closely at the throttle position and engine RPM , you will see the last picture posted shows the throttle practically wide open and yet the RPM is at idle position.
Something not right with throttle position sensor reading.

Your gauge readings are already telling you something is wrong with the sensor. Just have it checked out or just replace it.
