Default Accent turbo?

Hey guys,

I have a 2001 Accent 1.6 L DOHC engine. I have been thinking about turbocharging it, and was wondering how well these cars hold up to turbos. What kind of engine modifications will need to be done in order for it to handle the turbo? And how much strain and wear will it put on the engine?

Your bottom end can't handle more than 7-9psi of boost.
Its not worth boosting that car.
You'll have more problems than anything.
Buy a 4cyl Tiburon and turbo it for amazing results
