Hi, I have an 2001 Accent with the 1.6DOHC with AT. The problem I am having is that the car will only rev to about 3000RPM and won't go any higher. I tired troubleshooting by disconnecting the Idle Air Control and lo and behold the car runs fine. So naturally I decided to replace the Idle Air Control unit and so got one from the wreckers for $20 but the car is still doing the same thing. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
