I was driving home from work yesterday and without warning the engine starts mis-firing (missing) and the Check Engine Light begins to flash. I took it to Autozone and the meter said cylinder 2 misfiring.
I changed the plugs and plug wires (cylinder 2 plug smelled of raw gas) but no help. It changed nothing.
Where to go from here? Any ideas on why that one cylinder would suddenly quit firing even after changing the plug and the plug wire?
