My wife has a 99 accent and I'm sure the electronic flasher relay for the turn signals is bad, but I can't find the part on the vehicle to replace it. I've all ready bought the part and I've looked under the dash and the hood and can't find the spot where to replace it. I've looked all over the internet and dozens of people have had the same problem but found no answers. Please help me. I don't want her driving without turn signals. Thank you.
