Default Need Help Diagnosing - Fuel Pump issues?

Greetings,
Any help will be much appreciated.

2010 Hyundai Accent
My car just stopped running in mid drive yesterday. So far here is what Ive checked-

1-The car is getting spark at the coil packs (consistent flashing light).
2-Checked all fuses related to injectors, fuel pump, that stuff-no visible issues.
3-Checked pressure at the source (from the fuel pump under the seat, I couldnt find a Schrader valve under the hood). Here is where it gets interesting.......

When I turn to on position, no humming from the fuel pump. When I turn to crank position, fuel pressure jumps to about 50PSI. Pressure goes away after that.

So I could think Ive ruled out the Camshaft Position Sensor, fuses and relays, coil, and have either an issue with Fuel Pump or Fuel Pressure Regulator???

Thoughts

Did you scan the computer for trouble codes?

I did, its not throwing any codes, not in limp mode. Thats why I think its the fuel pump or pressure regulator.
