Default oil light on

I have an 02 accent with the 1.5. The oil light in the dash is on all the time but the oil level is good and the riding temp is normal. I'm assuming that is a bad oil pressure sensor...but where is it in the engine....

Thanks for any help on this matter!

Don't assume that. I'd assume the sensor is correct and that the pump is bad. Once you verify the pump is creating pressure and oil is flowing then you can assume the sensor is bad.

You verify oil pressure using a mechanical oil presure gauge..

After verify pressure is indeed there and correct at idle and speed, then we can assume sender or switch is at fault...

The engine does have good clean oil in it, a quality oil filter (preferably Hyundai filter)..

The oil pressure sender/switch is on radiator side of engine block I think.
