Just bought a 2003 Hyundai Accent. This part was sitting loose inside. Can anybody help me figure out what it is/where it goes?

Don't Know which is this part from.

 

My guess would be a mounting bracket of some sort. possibly from the inside of a door if someone replaced a window, door lock, speakers. Just guessing but have a look to make sure you don't need it. Look under the dash could be from there depending on how big the part is. Can't tell from the picture.
