I have a 2002 Accent GL 1.6 ltr. with 140k-when I first start the car in the morning after a cool night the RPM's go up and down for about 10 sec. and then settle down to a constant RPM. Many times at a stop the car idles poorly as if its misfiring-CEL comes off and on(Blinks)-any ideas-I plan on replacing the IAC-I do have just installed new plugs, coil pack, and wires-please help-thanks in advance for suggestions. also I just replaced the valve cover gasket and really torqued down the hold down bolts, could this cause a leak?
