I bought a 02 accent. Upon purchase only the driver seatbelt worked. I took a road trip ands suddenly the passenger seat belt started to work. That didn't last long. Today my driver seat belt decided to stop working as well. I haven't been in any kind of collision since I got the vehicle. So now all of my seat belts are locked in the retracted position. Any idea what my problem could be?
