lately, whenever i start my car, a horrible screeching sound comes from what sounds to be my engine. Last night it got worse, screeching whenever i started moving and going around corners. It would only last for a little while, and would stop when i turned off the engine. Any help would be appreciated. I have 99 elantra, if that helps

 

Can you hear it with the hood up and looking at the engine?
