Question Stalling when cold

ok
i've got a 97 accent 2 door hatchback manual 1.5
when it's cold first thing in the morning it hesitates and sometimes stalls.
if it's really heavy rain it hesitates and stalls for sure
i've done a full tune up including the fuel filter
i did an oil change and no change
and when it gets warm or has driven on the highway for 10 - 15 minutes it drives really nice
any thoughts???

My guess it the IAC is gunked up or non functioning. You could try to take it off and clean it up with WD40 and see if that helps. Did you do a code scan?

it has no codes. it stalls without an engine light making it really hard to locate it.
