I am a newbie with not much car knowledge. Our Azera has 14,000 miles and now has a front axle seal leak. Did I buy a lemon ? What questions should I be asking the Dealer's mechanic ?

 

You take your car to Hyundai dealer service dept, when greeted by aisle attendant and they ask what they can do for you.... you simply state that you want to drop off your car for inspection of possible axle seal leak..

If the fella writes the concern to your satisfaction on the repair order that he hands your for your signature, go ahead and sign it authorizing them to drive and inspect your car. along with other small talk in the fine print.

If concern is indeed verified and deemed a warranty concern, they should perform the repair as required and return vehicle to you.
