Default Fuel Pump

Hi,
Replaced fuel pump and filter in car with 153000 and get crank but no start. Bench tested pumps with both firing/working. Pumps never primed with key turned. Just wondering if it's a ground issue or possible ECU fault. Voltage to pump harness around 11V. Thanks!

In checking back by the pump, If you have power there (12 volts) coming in on the correct wire to the pump motor it should run. A good possibility, ground is either poor or absent altogether, Equally important as power or the circuit is not complete and cannot function.
