hey everyone just joined up tonite here and yes i did a small intro 1st.
wandering if anyone has any insight to the problem im having with my car.
again its 01 w/ auto trans, i have a code which is P1529(if remember correctlly) which is the vehicle speed sensor, and it had been replaced not to long ago. the car seem to run fine, but when it goes in to 4th/OD or step on it abit to go up a hill it seems to slip very slightly and then clunks into gear and at that time the ck lite comes on . it did it 2 times now and it the same code keeps coming up. so if anyone has any experience or insight on this perticular problem any help would be appreciated thanx pugs(Dale)

 

1529 is the TCM asking the PCM for use of the MIL...

Has to be another code or codes available...

 

maybe it was 1509 or something like i dont remember, but i know it had to do with the speed sensor.

 

heck it could have been even P509
