I have a 2010 Elantra and the radio stopped working. At first it shorted out when hitting bumps and now it doesn't work at all. By not working, I mean the controls and display look to work but there is no sound. I took it to an auto electric shop and he said that it must be a bad radio and needed to be replaced. My husband doesn't agree. I see the 2011 radio has had the same problem and people suggest resetting it but I don't think the 2010 has the same rest. Any ideas?
