I was having a problem where everything on my sound system was working but I was not getting any sound out of the speakers. After some searching, I found that you can reset the sound system to correct the problem. There is a pin size hole to he left of the CD player. I used a paper clip. After the reset, the sound worked as advertised. Hope this helps.
