Hyundai Elantra While not much larger than the accent, the Elantra offers similar room, but a sportier look and feel, as well as more power.

Default 2013 Elantra GT with 2.0L?

Every piece of literature says its the 1.8L in my car, yet the sticker under the hood says group xxxx2.0xxxxx... what gives? Anyone know how I can verify if it is indeed a 1.8L and maybe they put the wrong sticker on my car?

I don't know what sticker you are looking at but your car does not a have a 2.0L engine. It is, in fact, the 1.8L Nu engine.

its supposed to be the 1.8L Nu engine actually. This sticker is on the underside of the hood, the Emissions sticker. I will take a picture of it and you'll see.

Elantra Coupe 2013 here with same label, a friend of mine have an 1.8 and the label says 1.8 on group but mine says 2.0. Ok the thing is that Im researching and the only thing I can think of is that "maybe" can be the 2.0Nu **MPI** engine. Why I get to this? and Im not saying this is what it is but maybe there is a chance because it seems to be that the 2.0Nu MPi is the same 1.8 , same cylinder bore and compression ratio BUT the 2.0MPI has a longer stroke of 97mm aprox.(1.8Nu have a 87mm stroke) and maybe some tune to compensate.

thats my 2 cents of my crazy ideas, but think about it, research it
