Hi all,

I have a 2014 and in the summer (a few months ago) the radio stopped working. When I turned the car on a very loud static sound came on. There is no turning this sound off. Turning off the radio or muting the sound wouldn't do it so I unplugged it from the module under the fuse box. Bottom line is I have no sound and the warranty for this was 3 years or 36K miles (long gone).
My question is, is the problem in the radio or in the module? How can I find out for sure? Did anybody ever had similar problem?
