Hey y'all, this is my first post my wife just sent me the following text after telling me last night that she thought something was off with the car:

There is definitely something wrong with the car. Couldn't get it to go around a corner. No power then it revved up to 7k. I just stepped on brakes and it didn't come down past 1.5k. Parked the car and it idled over 1.5k

can someone that knows about these engines maybe tell me what this could be? the car has just south of 7,000 miles on it (bought it last December with 12 miles) Thanks!

Why wouldn't you take it to the dealer? It's covered by a warranty.
