Just seeing if anyone has experienced engine ticking sounds when first starting your Elantra in the morning. The sound goes away after it has warmed up. It seems to also interfere with acceleration also. I talked to the dealer about the issue and they told me that this is common with the Elantras and Sonatas also, that I shouldn't worry about it just deal with it basically. It's still under warranty and I want to get it fixed. I've attached a video of the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that. I have a 2017 Elantra, 49Kmiles and it does something similar...and it shakes after starting and when warming up. Elantras are garbage, on many different levels.
