Good afternoon,

I’ve now replaced headlights four times since September ‘25 and can’t figure out what’s going on. Have worn gloves and been careful in installation process, checked connections and fuses for signs of burning and corrosion. No moisture in housing, either. Any ideas what could be going on? Using Silverstar Ultra (9005) bulbs.

Where are your replacement bulbs coming from ?

If they are LED's what is operating voltage of the charging system ? Should not be over 15 volts. Excessive voltage can shorten bulb life.

 

They are not LEDs, still Halogen.
