I'm working on a 95 Elantra. While diagnosing a no start issue, dicovered the fuse on the positive side of the battery was fried, replaced it. Then discovered the ECM was fried, replaced it. Now I have spark and fuel but still won't start. One other thing, the car has an aftermarket radio installed, radio keeps blowing fuses. when I change the radio fuse, as soon as I turn the key on the fuse blows immediately. Any ideas??

 

Ref no start, if you have spark and fuel it sounds like you have probably got a timing problem, possibly firing with exhaust valve open.

Ref radio, could be the unit is shot or is wired incorrectly, power is going straight to earth.
