Hyundai Elantra While not much larger than the accent, the Elantra offers similar room, but a sportier look and feel, as well as more power.

Default 99 hyundai elantra

what is all involved with changing the timing belt on a 99 hyundai elantra? car stoped running while driving on the freeway. have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter is good, changed the coil pack, and she still won't start. she will crank but won't catch to turn over. besides the timing belt what else could the problem be? any help would be greatly apprecated!

Jeezz, tossed a lot of time & money away on wild guesses, haven't you..

Verify timing belt is still attached to cogs, and in time.. if it is... carnk position sensor likely took a walk on you, quick easy repair..
