can a motor be pulled without removing trans ?
Hello everyone.
My girlfriends 03 Elantra 2.0 seized at today at 70K ?
I pulled the plug's and belts with the car in neutral, it will not spin by using a long cheater bar off the crank nut.
tomorrow i will remove the starter and check that for binding then try to spin it off the flywheel there before i pull it out.
Is it possible to pull the motor with out pulling the whole trans in these cars ??
