Default Front Brake Wear

I have a 2005 Elantra with front disk/rear drum brakes. It has 15000 miles on it. The dealer has replaced the front pads and rotors 3 times all rdy, and it needs them AGAIN! They wont do it now.
The front brakes start makeing a grinding noise as if its metal to metal BEFOR the pads are gone.
But within another 500 miles or less, the right front IS metal to metal. Always the right front is the most worn. But signs of excessive wear on the left as well. ANY help would be appreciated.
The rear brakes still look almost new. Thanks much. Also, the first time They repalced the pads/rotors the brake lights started coming on randomly. Like in the middle of the night parked in the driveway. They replaced the brake pedal switch saying it was too sensitive.

this sounds like the brake pedal needs adjusting. did the dealer check to see if your brakes were binding after a few miles? just check if you have any free play in your pedal before the brakes are applied.

I was also wondering if one side is wearing considerably faster, you may have a bad caliper.
